After activation of your IPTV subscription, refunds are only granted if the service does not work and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

If your device is not compatible and you did not check before purchase.
If your internet connection, router, or third-party equipment causes service issues.
If you change your mind after activation or simply no longer want the service.
Partial periods of service (e.g., unused days/weeks) are non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved, will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
